Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series Coupe. With such a long name, there isn't much else to say about the car. Oh wait: It has 510 hp and 457 lb-ft of torque. There, now we're done.
Lexus GS450h
The Lexus GS450h continues the brand's big car hybrid history with a high-compression 3.5-liter V6 making 335 hp connected to a high-voltage e-motor that adds more power to the equation. This hybrid moves like the wind, zooming from 0-60 mph in just 5.6 seconds.
Volkswagen Beetle
The new New Beetle from VW has been out for only a couple of months and already the company is messing with it—in a good way. This is called the Beetle R. The not-so-cute-as-a-bug Bug is packing a walloping 240 hp from the company's excellent 2.0 TSI four-cylinder and six-speed DSG automatic combination. Styling upgrades to the rear include a new whale-tail spoiler and more aggressive bumper treatment.
Volkswagen Up!
The VW Up! is the company's latest min car, based on the Polo platform. It's compact but gets a handsome interior. The Up! isn't planned for US sales at the moment, which explains the trio of meager engine offerings: 59 and 74 hp gasoline four cylinders and a 67 hp CNG model. It's priced to sell, though, starting below $14,000.

A Maserati SUV might sound like heresy, but the Kubang is real and will be built really soon. Based on the Jeep Grand Cherokee platform with a Ferrari-based engine, the Kubang will be built in Detroit at Chrysler's Jefferson North plant, right alongside its Jeep and Dodge cousins.
